Allerand has organized, invested in, operated and acted as lender to a number of consumer oriented service businesses, including tax settlement companies, loan brokerages, debt adjustment and settlement concerns, auto loan warranty program operators, buy-here auto sales operations, weight loss centers and generic call center operators. Most of Allerand’s investments in these businesses were highly successful, and a majority of the applicable companies are still operating today. Currently, Allerand remains active in several debt settlement companies, with annual revenues in excess of $10 million and offices in Florida, California and Massachusetts.
