Since 2015, Allerand has financed, partnered with and independently operated a series of addiction treatment facilities. Currently, Allerand is a passive investor in a successful Florida detoxification facility and owns and manages 4 other facilities, one in Tampa, another in West Palm Beach and two other “campus” style facilities in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. The Allerand-managed facilities have provided services to thousands of patients and currently employ well over 100 professionals and staff. These facilities currently comprise approximately 200 beds and serve substance abuse patients at all levels of the care continuum. All the Allerand-managed treatment center assets are managed by Allerand from its satellite office in North Palm Beach, FL. System-wide revenues for 2021 (ignoring minority interests) are projected at over $20 million. Currently, Allerand is seeking opportunities to expand its operations in West Virginia and elsewhere in the Mid-Ohio Valley, and anticipates adding an additional 100 beds in 2021.
