Allerand Capital, LLC and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Allerand”) invest in real estate acquisition and re-development transactions, and in the net lease, consumer debt services and addiction treatment center businesses.  Allerand’s principals are seasoned professionals with decades of experience in finance and investment. The founding members of the firm began their careers in the early 1980’s with premier New York investment institutions and law firms and participated in or directed transactions with major realty and financial clients. Since 1998, Allerand has itself completed scores of its own equity and loan investments in transactions originated by its principals utilizing, in the large majority of cases, its and their own capital as equity.

As a result of this history, our principals have extensive negotiating, underwriting and legal experience. Currently, Allerand seeks opportunities that are unappealing to larger funds or institutions, either because of complexity or transaction size or for other reasons. These transactions are attractive to Allerand, among other reasons, because our principals and personnel perform most of the underwriting, professional and valuation services in-house at very modest cost.
