    In 2011, an Allerand affiliate provided a senior secured loan facility to an auto sales and financing business located in Mobile, Alabama

  • Financial Services Industry – $1,500,000 Senior Secured Loan

    In February 2012, an Allerand affiliate arranged a $1.5 million senior secured loan facility to assist the principals of a financial services firm in Boston, MA with a partnership buyout and new business development

  • Tax Services Industry – $1,000,000 Senior Secured Loan

    In April 2012, an Allerand affiliate arranged the funding of a $501,000 loan facility to a tax services firm located in Jupiter, Florida

  • Allerand DS Finance, LLC

    Allerand DS Finance is a special purpose vehicle that acquires contract rights associated with consumer debt settlement contracts. To date, Allerand DS has successfully acquired in excess of 2,000 consumer debt settlement contracts

  • Student Loan Consolidation

    An affiliate of Allerand has operated a student loan consolidation company in West Palm Beach, FL since early 2013. Additionally, Mr. Welke sits on the executive board of the Association for Student Loan Relief


    In February 2005, a Allerand affiliate funded a $1.6 million mezzanine loan secured by a parcel of land across the street from City Place in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. In September 2005, this loan was retired


    In July of 2004, Allerand, through its affiliate, Allerand Marina Partners, LLC, made a loan in the amount of $3,000,000 to a marina operator located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, secured by junior mortgages on two commercial marina properties

  • Residential Lending Platform

    In mid-2011, an Allerand affiliate funded a residential sales and leasing platform with properties in Palm Beach, Broward and Dade counties in South Florida. The borrower in this transaction has also purchased defaulted HOA liens

  • Marketing Receivables Trusts

    In mid-2011, an Allerand affiliate created and administered a Targeted Marketing Receivables Trust. The Trust was organized as a single purpose entity to originate and own individual consumer tax settlement contracts

  • High Yield Bonds

    An affiliate of Allerand previously held $1.0 million worth of high yield bonds in an international information technology firm, specializing in highly trafficked websites. This investment lasted approximately three years and was liquidated in late 2013 with an IRR in excess of 20%

  • Allerand DS Finance – $2,000,000 Loan Fund #3

    Allerand DS will be allocating an additional $2.3 million to the acquisition of debt settlement contracts from select providers that have a demonstrated history of delivering high-quality customer contracts.
